LifeWave Patching Protocols for Advanced Athletic Performance

The patches simulate the effects of exercise.  When Dr. Dennis was a professor in exercise physiology, at the University of New Mexico, he came up with a theory (now an operational paradigm).  He called being sedentary “exercise deficiency syndome (EDF)” because our biochemistry is designed to move the body.

In the 80’s he felt that our bodies were designed to do more than what we think it can do.  It is normal from an evolutionary perspective to burn fat through oxygen.  Increasing blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen uptake, stress hormones and lung ventilation through exercise is “normal”.  The beneficial adaptation response when we’re at rest between exercise is that we get lower resting heart rate, lower stress, lower blood pressure, increasing strength of heart pumping blood volume, increase oxygen uptake, and increased vital capacity (related to lung) and lower carbohydrate burning and better ability to buffer lactic acid, and more fat burning (more efficient production of ATP, the energy molecule).  Even better abilities to neutralize free radicals as an adaptation to the exercise training,  the enzymes, such as SOD (superoxide dismutase), upregulates when you’ve been exercising.

We can emulate the beneficial effects of exercise by wearing patches.  For example, Y-Aeon will help increase SOD anti-oxidant.  The energy enhancer patches helps to switch our metabolism to burning fatty acid more efficiently rather than burning “carbs” for energy which gives much less energy.  This lowers lactic acid and the acidity of the body.  We want to buffer lactic acid.  By wearing the Carnosine patch, the lactic acid is buffered and makes the exercise more effective.  Carnosine patches worn at night will help rebuild the tissues you might have broken down during the day.

If you tear muscle, the sarcoplasmic reticulum tears and calcium is released. This causes a mild contraction. This causes the soreness after intense exercise (in addition to the lactic acidity). The painful effects of having a good work out is optional!  Using Carnosine patches for example, you get less pain because the lactic acid is buffered and the tears are repaired faster – hence less pain!

The WinFit patch increases ability the muscles to make the enzymes to burn fat (and helps to build muscle).  Releasing body fat this way is similar to aerobic training.  He believes nothing can replace exercise but you can simulate some of the beneficial effects with the patches.  The patches help a person increase their bio-coherence to get connected to their heart.  Dr. Dennis uses the patches to hold the transformational pattern in the energy grid longer after a beneficial shift has happened.  Dr. Karen says that she encourages her patients to use patches between acupuncture sessions so that the beneficial effects last longer.  In the long run the patients require less treatment and treatments less often if they can support their energy grids between appointments.

Exercise has an effect on making you feel good about yourself.  It helps the endorphin system.  People who are “addicted” to exercise often have an imbalance in this system and they  have a blunted effect to exercise.  The patches can affect the brain too!  The Alavida patch increase epithalamin and affects the limbic brain, hypothalamus, thalamus and pituitary.  These organs are very important for regulating the physiology in the body.  The substance that simulates DMT, pinoline, might be affected by the Alavida patch (although studies not done on this). Dimethyltriptyline (DMT) helps us access multiple dimensions.  It changes our filters.  Sort of like going through Shamanistic ceremonies – meditating in a sweat lodge, drumming, etc.  – you release more DMT and pinoline.  Dr. Dennis feels like these effects anandamide – bliss particle – the Alavida may help stimulate the bliss particle from Dr. Dennis’ personal and professional observation.

If you inhibit the breakdown of catecholamines, then you increase mental alertness.  The brain is wired better and your awareness is improved with pinoline.  The Alavida may be supportive of this.

Five Components of Fitness:

  1. Cardiovascular Endurance – how heart and lungs work to circulate blood around efficiently
    • increases with with aerobic training
    • enhance aerobic training by wearing Energy Enhancer patches especially on
  2. Muscle strength – maximum weight you can lift at one time
    • Stomach 36 with Energy Enhancer, longevity point, increase muscle strength and endurance of the legs
    • Lung 1 or Pericardium 6 with one set of Energy Enhancers (latter helps with sex hormones too which is why pericardium channel is often called “circulation-sex” meridian!) for increase strength of upper body
      • When you use Spleen 4 with a second set of Energy Enhancers, that will enhance chest/upper body issues and sexual issues.
      • (Alternative double patching using the same points: Earth Sky paradigm – where you can use both WHITE patches on the Pericardium 6 and both TAN patches on Spleen 4)
  3. Muscle endurance – how many reps you can do of muscle contraction
    • Stomach 36 enhances endurance of the legs
    • Lung 1 or Pericardium 6 for increase endurance of upper body
    • Carnosine patch decreases recovery time
  4. Flexibility – maximal range of motion
    • All patches support flexibility because it will increase the biocoherence of the whole body.  The Qi and blood flowing improves and the electromagnetic field is stronger and reinforced.  By twisting your waist before and after using patches, you’ll notice that your flexibility increases

  5. Body composition – percent body fat relative to lean body mass
    1. SP6C patch will help a person burn more fat while exercising while curbing the cravings. Eat less carbs and having lots of water and that will help burn more fat.

Easy Protocols for Enhanced Athletic Performance (choose one)

  • by Tonifying “batteries” for kidneys:
    • Energy Enhancers on kidney 3 – that helps the whole body or

Calming Shen (mind)

One becomes more calm with regular exercise.  That improves relaxation response.  You can get those effects with wearing Energy enhancer patches on Triple burner 5 TB5 and pericardium 6 (TAN on left Pericardium and WHITE on right TB5).  That slows down heart rate, calming anxiety and being more relaxed.
